LaMinita (Costa Rican)

A limited number of bags of this premium estate coffee are produced on the La Minita plantation in Costa Rica each year. The large flat bean produces medium body and a slightly sweet, nutty flavor with fine acidity. Exacting techniques to grow and mill this fine coffee have resulted in an extremely well balanced cup.

Sumatra Mandheling

Extremely low acid, somewhat smokey and earthy flavor. Processed by the dry method in which coffee cherry is allowed to dry and beans removed by pulverizing. Used in many blends because of its pleasing, rich flavor.

Tanzania Peaberry

Vienna Roast
